Today our supplier has agreed to bring the seamless gutter machine to our Kalihi job site. 8:30am Hawaii time/ -10 hours GMT

They will form the gutters from the coil of aluminum that they carry on the back/top of the machine, in a cradle like device. The color will be 'High Gloss White', Gutter size 5 inch , K type shape of gutter.

Each piece of gutter will be formed, then cut to our predetermined lengths.
These piece lengths' have been measured then adjusted for their location on the fascia of the house.
Meaning we add or subtract from the measured length to accommodate a corner, end cap overhang or whatever the specific house/building requires for that particular piece of gutter for its particular location on the fascia board.

This particular house should be completed in two days.
We have the ability to do it in one day but it helps us to provide a better installation of jobs like this one if we do all the main installation one day then come back the next to finish.

With a two day installation method we have one nights sleep to allow our subconscious/superconsciousness to have the opportunity to help us see what we may have missed.
When we force the job to be finished within an arbitrarily shortened time frame (one day or less)
it has become apparent that there always seem to be something that gets overlooked.

It is time now to go to the hardware store to get the multiple tubes of sealant that this 14 piece, hip house will require to assure water tight integrity for the corners.
