"Kailua Town Pub and Grill" today got a face lift on their grease trap gutter system.
My buddy of twitter fame "Eavetroughbill" just informed us that he updated the grease guttering on the grease traps for the "Kailua Town Pub and Grill" in Kailua, Hawaii.
The grease traps are the large metal fin type hood filters used to catch the grease from cooking.
Through the cooking process there is grease going airborne and the grease trap filters catch this grease and directs it into an approved receptacle. What Eavetroughbill did today was to increase the capacity of the existing grease channels/gutters. Additionally he also provided a more extreme drop in the channels to facilitate more rapid grease movement into the approved receptacle.
The "Kailua Town Pub and Grill" is a hotspot for all the televised games. It is located on the Windward side of the island of Oahu. They have the best Mahi Mahi Plates with fries when the Mahi Mahi is freshly available.
In addition to the sporting games on the multiple T.V. screens they have one of the few Shuffleboard tables that is open to the public on the island.
Eavetroughbill is on twitter and he is known for his rain gutters and other sheet metal works.
Follow him on twitter.com and tell him Nathan sent ya.
Thanks for reading this post
Have a great day
